
Our Story
Thanks for dropping in. I’m Chris, CEO and Business Coach of Little Boozy Ventures. In 2022, my wife Keirsten and I started Little Boozy Mobile Bar Co. based in Northern California and we’ve been loving it ever since. We love meeting new people and being part of their important milestones and celebrations.
However, it’s always been about more than serving cocktails. Our mission has been to build a mobile bar business model that can be used to teach other aspiring entrepreneurs that starting a successful small business or side-hustle is within reach.
But first, we had to establish a proof of concept and do the work ourselves. Our journey has been filled with highs and lows. We’ve made plenty of mistakes along the way, like building bars that were too heavy and lacked portability, or spending money on equipment and subscription services that weren’t efficient. The learning process was all necessary to create an efficient business that to-date operates a fleet of 6 bars, multiple event teams, has booked nearly 200 events, and has partnerships with dozens of venues and event planners throughout Northern California.
Why Work With Me
I have a unique combination of education and experience, proven results, and am passionate about helping others succeed. Our products and services are based on a culmination of years in the hospitality industry, our mobile bartending business, and my 14+ year corporate career in marketing, sales, design, customer experience development, and event management.
I’m easy to work with, coach in plain-speak, and have spent over a year dreaming up and formalizing training materials, marketing, pricing and operations strategies, communication templates and so much more to ensure our agency provides you every ounce of knowledge I have – packaged in a way that’s easy to comprehend and filled with real world examples. One of my pet peeves are training materials that are filled with corporate speak and fluffy jargon. You’ll get none of that here.

What Success Looks Like
My promise to you isn’t six figures or an easy payday. Can you make over $100,000 a year doing this? Absolutely, but it’s highly dependent on your effort and skill level. I honestly think that making those types of claims are unethical, so I’ll leave that to the influencers and pyramid schemes. What I teach are efficiencies. An efficient business model, leverages technology and techniques to boost productivity, and applies strategies and tactics with a good return on investment, which saves time and maximizes profits. Once you’re operating efficiently, you can scale your business as you see fit.

My end goal is to not only help you start a successful mobile bar business, but to give you transferable knowledge and skills you can use for as long as you’re an entrepreneur. If you’re anything like me, after you master this business, you’ll be looking for new revenue streams and business opportunities. My hope is that this business will open doors to a world of possibilities and you’ll feel confident walking through them. This is truly what I want for anyone that I work with. It’s the mentorship I wish I had, and is what I want to provide others.
